An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enterprise Architect to take ownership of the architectural direction for the HR functions within an international organisation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within a large-scale, complex organisation, ideally within HR / People Technology
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes
- Experience designing and governing complex multi-platform and multi-vendor technology landscapes
- Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms, ideally including Workday, SAP HR, Cornerstone, Avature, etc
- Experience defining target architectures, transition roadmaps, architecture principles and governance frameworks
- Ability to translate complex technical architecture and integration concepts into clear business value for senior and executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of employee experience and the ability to consider usability and accessibility when designing enterprise solutions
- Experience working closely with Solution Architects, Platform Owners, Product Owners, Development, Operations and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with TOGAF and pragmatic application of enterprise architecture principles
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
