An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced AI Product Manager – Generative AI, Product Strategy to join a leading organisation based in Birmingham on an initial 6-month Fixed Term Contract, with opportunities for extension and a permanent position.
As the AI Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and shaping a new enterprise AI capability. Working closely with Architecture, Engineering, Data and Cyber Security teams, you will lead product discovery, identify high-value AI use cases and build the investment case for AI adoption across the business. You will own the product strategy, roadmap and business case, ensuring AI initiatives are aligned to commercial objectives and measurable business outcomes.

AI Product Manager – Generative AI, Product Strategy
Do you have:
- Experience managing Enterprise Platforms, Data Products, Integration Platforms or AI-enabled Products?
- Strong product discovery, stakeholder management, roadmap development and business case experience?
- A working knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Assistants and Agentic AI solutions?
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and value-driven recommendations?
- Experience working alongside Architects, Engineering, Data and Security teams to deliver strategic technology initiatives?
- Exposure to MCP, RAG, Enterprise AI Platforms or AI Governance frameworks?
