UKG Pro WFM Configuration Consultant

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a UKG Pro WFM Configuration Consultant.
Key Requirements:
– Experience implementing and configuring UKG PRO WFM Accruals & Time and attendance modules.
– Work closely with Project Managers and Solution Architect, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time.
– Ability to assess, design, and develop functional meeting customer requirements.
– Ability to assist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping.
– Must be comfortable working within a cloud-based environment.
– Solution leadership to drive continuous improvement of processes.
– Develop strong relationships with our third-party service providers; ensuring support and development services meet and exceed expectations.
– Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing; listens effectively and clarifies information as needed.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills to include the ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and effectively manage projects in a diverse organization.
– Ability to be flexible with working hours and travel as required to support business priorities & deadlines.
– Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
– Understanding the requirements from the client or from the regional consultants.
– Deploy and release to production environment.
Key Experience:
– Excellent knowledge and experience in UKG PRO WFM functional aspects.
– Implementing UKG solutions using UKG products in customer environments such as multiple locations and/or departments.
– Experienced creating detailed functional implementation plans and migrating changes into production.
– Leads all aspects of UKG PRO Workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development.
– Good understanding of the UK/EU compliance and Legal standards such as GDPR.
– Extensive experience on Inbound and Outbound integrations from UKG PRO WFM.
– Conducting workshops to identify requirements, documenting the requirements, and developing prototypes to use to confirm requirements back to the customer.
– Advanced-level knowledge of the UKG PRO WFM.
– Strong hands-on experience in UKG PRO WFM modules such as Timekeeper, Accruals and Advance Scheduler.
– Payroll management/processing experience.
– Advance Scheduler, Forecasting, Device Manger.
– Exposure to architecture skill set.
– Experience in logistics companies.
