SAP Service Management Lead – DevOps, S/4HANA

Whitehall Resources are on the lookout for a Permanent SAP Service Management Lead to join an exciting end user based in Dubai, who are undertaking a major S/4HANA Transformation programme.

You will provide technical leadership and ensure the DevOps Support horizontal stream of the Transformation program is successfully implemented.

Do you have:

* Previous experience in designing & managing an operating model for service and incident management in an SAP environment?
* Demonstrable experience working on large-scale transformation programmes?
* S/4HANA experience?
* ITIL Certification?
* Excellent leadership and team management capabilities?
* Strong stakeholder management skills?
