Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Process and Change Lead to work with a key client
Overview:
The Enterprise Process and Change Lead – Product Compliance will be accountable for partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to Develop, Deliver and Sustain a set of Business Processes and ‘Operating Technologies’ associated with SAP Product Compliance module and specifically the elements by Global Operations SHE groups associated with Dangerous Goods and Safety Product Data Sheets. With a focus on the exploitation of SAP (S/4 HANA) Technology to realise the defined processes. The role will then develop into implementing these processes across our global functions and hub sites driving the various aspects of deployment including user acceptance testing, training, cut over and hypercare on behalf of the users in Global SHE.
Additional:
* Extensive experience of SAP Product Compliance Management processes within the SHE environment, especially those associated with Dangerous Goods and Safety Product Data Sheets. Dangerous Goods experience is the primary skill required
* Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver Change across Multiple Locations and/or Business Functions
* Understanding of Master Data requirements
* Demonstrated ability to influence key Stakeholder Groups across Multiple Locations and/or External Parties
* Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve objectives
* Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into Business language
Desirable Skills
* Good understanding of Dangerous Goods, links to Transportation Management processes.
* Experience of working within a Lean Manufacturing environment
* Experience within a Business Process/Project Management role
* Experience of Leading Teams in a Matrix environment
* Pharma experience
* Advanced degree in an Engineering/Scientific discipline
