SAP Senior HCM / ILM Consultant – Remote/Germany
We are seeking a strong SAP Senior HCM / ILM Consultant for our client in Germany.

7 Months contract
Fulltime – Remote in Germany – Occasional travel to Berlin

Requirements: Do you have:
* Strong Consulting experience in authorization with SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM (in SAP HCM)
*Deleting Users in SAP HCM: Experience managing user records and handling dependencies to avoid data issues.
*Change Documents ILM: Skilled in setting up data retention and archiving rules to comply with legal and policy requirements.
*BV Rules: Knowledgeable in configuring rules for how business data is viewed and managed.
*HC User Administration: Experienced in managing user access, roles, and security in SAP HCM.
*GERMAN SPEAKING SKILLS
