SAP FICO/R2R Lead

SAP FICO/R2R Lead Consultant required for a large SAP programme on an initial 3 month contract.

Role Responsibilities:

• Attend the GPO alignment sessions to agree the solution for R2R
• Work with SI to define the best functional solution. The SAP SME needs to have a strong personality and understand R2R processes and SAP FI design in a good level of detail
• Support the GPO in making SAP solution decisions (e.g. prep for DA, option assessment etc)
• Review decks for the detailed design workshops and contribute content when needed
• Provide functional input on interim solutions
• Review BPDs and Specs for RTR RICEFW
• Support change impact assessment and controls discussions on R2R

Required Skills:

* Experience in leading solution strategy and design for the Finance area of SAP
* Solid SAP configuration experience in SAP is mandatory.  
* Track record of deploying SAP integrated software modules, Template design & roll-out.  
* You will have a depth of consulting or functional experience of SAP S4/HANA Finance working across one or more additional SAP Finance process: General Accounting, Project Systems, Material Ledger, Asset Management, Product Costing, Group reporting
* Experience of working with third parties in the delivery of working products  
* Excellent relationship management, strong influencing, and communication skills  
* Deep content knowledge of respective functional area (business operating models, processes & products)  
* Understanding of Hybrid Agile Software Development, experience in Scrum, Kanban, SAFE desirable 
* Can demonstrate knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP and related products
