Job Summary
We are looking for an SAP Analytics and Reporting Architect and Lead to design and manage our SAP-based analytics and reporting solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring data quality, performance, and seamless integration with SAP systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, creating impactful reports and analytics to guide decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Architect SAP Reporting Solutions: Design and develop SAP reporting and analytics frameworks, aligning with business goals and SAP best practices.
• Lead Analytics Team: Manage and support a team of reporting and analytics specialists, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
• Data Integration and Modeling: Create and optimize data models for SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, and other SAP tools.
• Build and Maintain Reports: Develop user-friendly reports and dashboards to provide insights across SAP modules.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with business leaders to gather requirements and ensure analytics solutions meet organizational needs.
• Ensure Data Quality and Governance: Implement and maintain data quality standards, ensuring accurate and compliant reporting.
• Optimize Performance: Regularly review and fine-tune analytics solutions for speed, accuracy, and user experience.
