SAP EPPM Expert

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced SAP EPPM Expert to work with a key client

Assignment description:
Currently, we would like to adjust the EPPM stream: We will have 3 teams under the EPPM umbrella (PS, PPM, Service Management). Service Management should cover all the service orders of the Nordics and we would need a skilled person that could serve as content lead for the service management module within SAP.

We are looking for an Expert in Service Management who will be part of the EPPM umbrella (PS, PPM, Service Management). The person should have profound experience of SAP Service Management.

First assignment for the expert would be to conduct a pre-study and game-plan for service management module:
– sort out processes
– decide when service mgmt needs to be implemented
– showcase art of possible
