Whitehall Resources are looking for a Project Manager – Packaging Labelling. This role is Remote working for a contract until January 2026.
Job Description:
The Role is involved in IT Supply Chain functional area, specifically in Manufacturing Packaging Labelling solutions delivery and its rollouts within Europe Sector geographical scale. This role possesses IT functional knowledge of the solution and ability to lead projects implementations and rollouts. Main purpose of this functional Project Manager role is to drive projects preparations and successfully manage projects implementations and rollouts (from the start to the project closure) according to defined IT Supply Chain Roadmap, AOP and Business demands in highly integrated solutions landscape (with systems integrations to/from ERP (SAP mostly), WMS, MES system, and eventually with plant floor auto-palettizing systems and warehouse automation systems)
Key Responsibilities:
* During project preparation and planning, this role is responsible to analyse business requirements in cooperation with Business product owners, Super users, supplier of the product; and translate it into overall IT requirements; assess impacts to the solution and estimate project timeline and costs while ensuring adherence to solution standard design principles, Architecture, and Information Security standards’ compliance.
* During project execution, the role is responsible for IT project management and solution delivery for Manufacturing Labelling capability implementation and rollouts end to end:
o Create Project Plan and define all phases of the solution implementation/rollout for the capability. Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
o Manage all phases of implementation/rollout within scope, timeline, budget and according to Project methodology and its deliverables while using available project management tools (Clarity, Azure DevOps)
o Ensure assigned IT project budget is managed and tracked, financial reporting (plans/actuals) is available.
o Lead and participate in functional design sessions, plan, and coordinate all implementation activities, as well as coordinates/partner with the supplier involved.
o Contribute to and provide IT support during all testing cycles via preparing testing plan, defining systems test scenarios and supporting Business team in testing execution; provide functional training to Business Super users. Support and drive technical issues resolution without delay, in cooperation with involved teams and suppliers.
o Identity risks, dependencies; develop and coordinate definition of risk mitigation plans and facilitate its resolution.
o Ensure Project deliverables and documentation are available and contribute to its content according to project management documentation guidelines.
o Convey and report status to Stakeholders and facilitates project stage gates in timely manner.
o Drive or participates in related architecture, security and integration assessments required by the internal procedures to ensure compliance.
o Conduct transition to sustain trainings and knowledge transfers to support teams and provide lessons learnt recommendations.

* Proficient in written & spoken English.
* Needs to be available to travel upon the need, mostly during peak times in project implementations activities: to provide on-site training to Business Super Users, support UAT, onsite preparations for Golive, onsite Golive execution and Hypercare.
* Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience required.
* Minimum of 8+ years of related IT applications functional analyst / SME work experience involved in Supply Chain Manufacturing area, both in sustain and in projects.
* 2+ years of experience IT Project Management experience in SW delivery, implemented solution components from the early planning phase via all phases of the SW delivery lifecycle in alignment with various IT / Business owners, Super users and IT / Business stakeholders.
* University degree, preferably Engineering, Computer Sciences or Business Administration
* Experience in both Waterfall and Agile Project Management
