Functional Analyst – French, Flemish or Dutch Speaking

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Functional Analyst – French, Flemish or Dutch Speaking.

Key Requirements:

– Evaluate and analyse current organizational processes and functions.
– Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
– Collaborate with department heads to align functions with strategic objectives.
– Design and implement functional strategies that support organizational growth.
– Monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies.
– Implementing a lean delivery process and proposing improvements on it.

Key Experience:

– Completed a master’s degree in computer science or business science.
– A Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum Master, Project management, Business analyses, Digital Transformation and Change management.
– Minimally 5 years of experience in ICT.
– Mastery of the English language (C2); fluent in French (C2) Or Dutch (C2).
– Experience >+5 year as a business analyst.
– Experience with SAFE/Scrum.
– A strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– A deep knowledge as an end-user of MS Office, JIRA, Confluence.
– The ability to question requirements in a healthily critical way and record a supported conclusion.
– BPMN experience.
– Experience in the design or implementation of IT applications.
– Experience with Azure or .Net.
– Gherkin.
