Whitehall Resources are on the lookout for a Change Manager to join a client of ours to support large scale change and transformation projects. This will be a Dubai based role.
The role:

• The Project and Change Management manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and implementation of organizational projects with a dual focus on traditional project management and effective change management.
• Experience: 7+ years in project management and leading large-scale change management initiatives.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications; PROSCI or ACMP change management certifications are highly desirable.
• Project Planning & Scope Definition: Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables.
