Business Analyst

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Business Analyst based 2 days a week onsite in Sweden, remainder remote for a 6 month contract.

Job Spec:
Experienced Business Analyst to work closely the clients B2B business users, assisting them in generating actionable insights from data.

This role will serve as a sounding board throughout the insights-generation process, collaborating with stakeholders to identify the most relevant data sources and setting measurable KPIs that align with strategic goals.

This person plays key role in facilitating the shift to digital channels and developing a comprehensive dashboard as the single source of truth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and Telia stakeholders to select sustainable data sources for insights.
• Guide stakeholders in choosing appropriate data sources based on specific business questions.
• Document and hand over findings to the Analytics team, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Identify and set KPIs that align with organizational goals, in partnership with stakeholders.
• Establish baselines, define targets, and set measurement points for each KPI.
• Support insights development on channel usage, focusing on the digital shift, and ensure these insights are measurable over time.
• Deliverable examples :
• Channel KPIs, Omni KPIs, Digital Shift KPIs, and Touchpoint Measurement.
• Insights into digital vs. physical channel usage, including baselines for MyBusiness.
• Mapping digital capabilities vs. usage and segmenting customer differences.
• A self-service dashboard for KPI tracking and data-driven insights.
